Although many of our patients come to us with a referral from their primary care physician or specialist, referrals are not always needed. An integral part of our service continues to be patient education regarding hearing test results and treatment options, including selection and demonstration of assistive listening technology for phone and TV as needed. Using a consultative approach, we select and dispense sophisticated hearing aids and related devices to suit all types of hearing loss and life styles.
We actively participate in the prevention of hearing loss through the provision and fitting of hearing protective devices, consultation on the effects of noise on hearing, and consumer education.
